Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g Quorn (vegetarian Swedish meatballs)
- 250 g mushrooms
- 200 ml oat milk (oat drink) (oat cuisine)
- some stalks of parsley, fresh
- some salt and pepper
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Low carb, low calorie, with Quorn
First, wash and slice the mushrooms. Chop the parsley. Peel and finely chop the onions and garlic, and fry them in a little hot oil. Then add the mushrooms and meatballs and fry for about 5 minutes. Add the Oat Cuisine to the pan, add the parsley, and season with salt and pepper. Let the pan simmer on low heat for about five minutes, then season to taste. Once the mushrooms are cooked, the dish is ready to eat. Boiled potatoes are a good side dish for non-low-carb eaters. Tip: You can add paprika, vegetable broth, or herbs of your choice for additional seasoning.
