Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 90g spaghetti
- 50 g mushrooms
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt and pepper
- 4 tsp crème fraîche
- 50 g lamb’s lettuce
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook spaghetti in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Slice the mushrooms and fry in a nonstick pan (without fat). Drizzle with water and lemon juice, season generously with salt and pepper. Stir in the crème fraîche and bring to a boil for two minutes. Trim and wash the lamb’s lettuce and add it to the sauce. Stir once and pour the sauce over the spaghetti.
