Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 egg whites
- 70 g sugar, brown
- 50 g butter
- 100 g flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 3 tbsp Amaretto
- 25 g dark chocolate
- 25 g amaretti biscuits
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold
- 60 g powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp Amaretto
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
for the utilization of leftover protein
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grease and flour a mini Bundt cake pan (18 cm). Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Chop the chocolate and roughly chop the amaretti biscuits. Beat the egg whites until stiff, then add the sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold in the sifted flour mixed with the baking powder. Finally, whisk in the melted butter, amaretto, chocolate, and amaretti biscuits. Pour the mixture into the prepared Bundt cake pan and bake for about 30 minutes. Check if the cake is cooked through! Once the cake has cooled, glaze it with powdered sugar and amaretto.
