Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 400 g flour
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Salt
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 6 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • optionally grated cheese for sprinkling

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

as party bread or for dipping

Combine flour, oats, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the finely chopped herbs, sour cream, oil, and cheese. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 1.0 to 1.5 cm and cut into any desired shapes or cut into rectangles. Whisk the egg yolk with the milk and brush the dough with it. If desired, you can also sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 to 15 minutes.
