Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 260 g flour
- 1 pack of vanilla pudding powder with Bourbon vanilla, 35 g
- 2 packs of vanilla pudding powder, 35 g each
- 1 tbsp milk

Makes about 80 cookies. Soften the butter and beat until fluffy, then add the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar. Sift the flour, mix it with the pudding mix, and add it little by little. Then add the milk. Form the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly (you can also use a fork to create a pattern). Bake on a baking sheet lined with baking paper at 175°C for about 15 minutes, or longer or shorter depending on your oven; the cookies shouldn’t get too dark. Cool on a wire rack and store in an airtight container. Tip: Add 1 teaspoon of cocoa powder to half of the dough to make chocolate-flavored cookies.
