Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 packs of cream powder (paradise cream vanilla)
- 600 ml milk, cold
- 400 ml cream
- 40 ml rum, e.g. Stroh
- 100 g chocolate, grated

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Quickly prepared and delicious
Pour the cold milk into a deep mixing bowl and, following the package instructions, beat with a mixer for 3 minutes until the mixture forms a vanilla cream. Whisk the cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form. Then pour the cream, rum, and grated chocolate onto the vanilla cream. Whisk briefly on low speed with the whisks, and you’re done! Divide the mixture among dessert glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
