Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g sugar
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 cl rum
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 jar sour cherries
  • 1 pack of cream stiffener
  • chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

First, place the sour cherries and their juice in a tall bowl. Then, thoroughly mix the sour cream with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and rum. Whip the cream with the cream stiffener until stiff peaks form and stir it into the sour cream mixture. Then carefully pour the mixture onto the sour cherries, avoiding any chance of the layers mixing together. Finally, sprinkle the chocolate shavings over the sour cream layer.
