Zucchini, minced meat and feta casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 m.-large zucchini
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 point feta cheese
  • ½ bottle of Cremefine 7%
  • 50 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

simple and delicious

Fry the ground beef, season to taste, add the cream cheese, and place in a baking dish. Slice the zucchini, fry, and season. Add the slices to the ground beef in the baking dish and mix. Pour about half a bottle of Cremefine over the casserole. Dice the feta cheese and pour it over the ingredients. Bake the casserole at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 20 minutes, until the feta cheese is golden brown. We like to serve it with Greek pasta or rice.
