Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 sausages, coarse or fine, according to taste
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 ml broth
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp water, cold
  • Maggi seasoning mix for roasted meat
  • salt and pepper
  • some butter

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

quick, easy, delicious

Briefly cook the sausages (I do this in the microwave, but you can also fry them), peel if necessary, and cut into small pieces. Also finely chop the onion. Sauté the onion in the butter until translucent, add the sausage pieces, and sear. Then add the broth and simmer for half an hour. Mix the water and flour and add to the goulash, bringing to a boil briefly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and the seasoning mix. Serve with boiled potatoes and vegetables.
