Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tsp, heaped white cane sugar
- ½ lime(s), juice
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 100 ml mineral water
- 50 ml rum (Havana Club 3 years)
- 4 ice cubes
Instructions

In a thick cylindrical glass, add the cane sugar and lime juice. Add the mint and fill with the mineral water. Mash the mint with a muddler, then add the rum and ice cubes. Stir and add a straw.
