Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lime(s)
  • 2 tsp cane sugar
  • 6 cl cachaça
  • 1 handful of ice (crushed)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Wash the lime, cut it into eighths, and place it in a glass. Sprinkle the lime segments with the brown sugar and mash them well with a teaspoon. Pour the cachaça over the lime. Fill the glass two-thirds full with ice and stir vigorously until the sugar dissolves.
