Garlic bomb

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, grated
  • 200 g ham, cooked, very finely diced
  • Cream, liquid

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 15 minutes

Mix the cream cheese, garlic, and finely diced cooked ham with a hand mixer. Add enough cream to make a creamy mixture. No other seasonings are needed, as the cooked ham is salty enough. Instead of cream, you can also use creamy yogurt. Transfer to a suitable bowl and sprinkle generously with herbs such as parsley or chives. It tastes best if you let it sit in the fridge for a day. We’ve tried all kinds of savory snacks, but Tuc goes best with it. I always make the garlic bomb for barbecues. This time, however, I use 10 packages of cream cheese for about 15 to 20 people. Divide it into small bowls, so everyone at the table can help themselves to plenty.
