Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 2 banana(s) (ripe)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp rum
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 pack of cream stiffener
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- Brittle (optional)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 15 minutes
Peel the bananas, slice them, add the lemon juice, rum, and sugar, and blend with a hand blender. In another bowl, whip the cream with the cream stiffener and vanilla sugar until well blended. Then whisk the cream into the blended bananas. Transfer the mixture to a freezer container and freeze for about 4-5 hours. Remove from the freezer 20 minutes before serving and whisk gently again. Ladle the frozen cream into dessert bowls, sprinkle with praline, if desired, and serve with chocolate sauce.
