Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 orange(s), the juice
- 200 g flour
- 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- Fat for the mold
- Flour for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cream the butter with sugar, a pinch of salt, and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the flour, baking powder, and orange juice. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured loaf pan or venison loaf pan. Stir the cocoa powder into the second half of the batter and pour it over the light-colored batter. Using a fork or knife, swirl the batter through to combine. Bake at 180°C for approximately 50 minutes.
