Zucchini casserole

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg zucchini
  • 780 ml tomatoes, pureed with herbs
  • 600 g cream cheese
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g bacon
  • 1 bag(s) of grated cheese, 200 g
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Low-carb

Dice the zucchini. Chop the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent. Add the ground beef and finely diced bacon and fry lightly. Add the passata and cream cheese, stir well, then add the zucchini and simmer for about 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Then transfer to a roasting pan, sprinkle with cheese, and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
