Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • n. B. Cherry(s) from the jar
  • e.g. chocolate sprinkles
  • some sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes

quick and easy

Pour the quark into a bowl and simply add the desired amount of cherries from the jar with a spoon and mix. Then stir in the chocolate sprinkles (amount to taste). You can then add a little sugar, if desired. If the chocolate-cherry quark is still too thick, you can add a little more cherry juice from the cherry jar to make the mixture creamier. The quark tastes best when refrigerated for 1-2 hours, but you can also eat it immediately.
