Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g dark chocolate coating
- 300 ml oil
- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 6 eggs, size M
- 250 g vanilla yogurt
- 350 g flour
- 3 tsp baking powder

Roughly chop 250g of chocolate coating and melt it over a hot water bath while stirring. Let it cool until lukewarm. Beat the oil with the sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt for 8 minutes until creamy. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Add the yogurt and melted chocolate coating. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir briefly. Spread the batter evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (top/bottom heat 150°C fan oven) for about 50 minutes. Remove the cake and let it cool. Roughly chop 250g of chocolate coating, also melt it over a hot water bath, let it cool for 10 minutes, and spread it over the cake. Let everything cool until the chocolate coating is hard.
