Laura's pizza rolls with cooked ham and peppers

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 rolls, for baking
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 200 g cheese (chopped)
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Halve the rolls and spread with ketchup. Dice the ham and bell peppers and place them in a bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise and mix. Spread the mixture on the roll halves and sprinkle with cheese. Bake the rolls in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes, until golden brown.
