Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 small flatbreads
  • 1 pack of cream cheese (Brunch Paprika Pepper)
  • 1 small jar of Ajvar
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 6 slice(s) cheese, spicy or Gouda
  • n. B. Herbs, dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Cut the flatbreads open and spread the cream cheese on each half. Place the cooked ham on top. Spread the entire jar of ajvar over the ham and top with cheese slices. Place the breads on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted oven) for 5-10 minutes, until the bread is golden brown to your liking. Tip: If you like your bread extra crispy, place it briefly in the oven or toaster before adding the toppings. Sprinkle with herbs, such as Provençal herbs, before serving. For children, simply spread with cream cheese instead of brunch cheese and choose mild ajvar.
