2-minute pizza rolls

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 rolls, pre-baked rolls or light fresh rolls
  • 1 small jar of tomato sauce, or homemade
  • 1 bag of grated cheese (Emmental, Gouda, Mozzarella…)
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 200g salami
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • 1 garlic clove(s) as desired

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Halve the rolls and place them on a baking sheet (don’t forget to put parchment paper underneath). Add the finely diced ham, salami, and mushrooms to the tomato sauce and mix everything well. Season well; if you like, you can also press in a little garlic. Spread the mixture on the rolls. Then sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 180°C (fan oven) for 10-15 minutes. These are a hit at any party, just like my sour cream rolls. The rolls are prepared in two minutes and quickly baked when guests arrive.
