Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g quark (20% or 40%)
- 2 tbsp Pesto alla genovese (jar)
- Salt
Instructions

delicious with boiled potatoes and fish
Season the quark with pesto and salt and let it sit in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving. Serve with boiled potatoes, a colorful salad, and fried or grilled fish fillet, or simply with a raw vegetable platter.
