Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g low-fat curd cheese
- Milk
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 shot of oil (linseed oil)
- Herbs as desired (frozen or fresh)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
with linseed oil
Pour the low-fat quark into a bowl. Add milk a little at a time, stirring continuously until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper, then add a dash of linseed oil for a special flavor. Finally, stir in the chopped herbs, and don’t be too sparing! Use parsley, chives, or dill, depending on your taste. Italian herbs and onions also taste good!
