Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g natural yogurt (3.8% or 1.5% fat)
  • 1 tbsp oil (linseed oil)
  • ½ bunch chives
  • 1 tsp sea salt, (herbal)
  • some pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

delicious with jacket potatoes, patties or raw vegetables

Mix the low-fat quark with the yogurt and linseed oil until smooth. Season with sea salt and a pinch of pepper. Wash the chives, shake them dry, cut them into small rolls, and stir them into the quark. Season again with a little more herb salt and pepper, if desired. This dip tastes great with boiled potatoes, vegetarian patties, or raw vegetables like bell peppers, kohlrabi, carrots, or radishes.
