Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 ml oat milk (oat drink), cold
- 1 small apple, e.g. Gala, 150 g
- 1 small banana(s), approx. 120 g
- ½ tsp, crushed cinnamon powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Pour the oat milk and cinnamon into a blender. Peel and slice the banana, and add it. Peel the apple (but this isn’t necessary), core it, and dice it into small pieces. Add it to the oat milk. Puree everything with a hand blender. Pour into a nice glass and enjoy.
