Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 300 g flour
- 300 g sugar
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 3 tsp gingerbread spice
- 1 tsp clove powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 250 ml milk
- 150 g butter, melted
- 3 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs
- Chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine all dry ingredients, then add milk, butter, honey, and eggs and mix with a hand mixer. Spread the batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake at 175°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Cut while still warm. Once cooled, cover with chocolate coating.
