Minced meat roulades

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 roll
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 4 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • curry powder
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the minced meat, bread roll, and egg. Remove some of the minced meat and press it flat. Place a slice of ham and cheese on each slice and roll into a roll (best placed on greaseproof paper and rolled). Grease a baking dish and place the roulades next to each other. Mix together the sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, curry powder, and ketchup and pour over the roulades. Place uncovered in the oven. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
