Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 rolls, from the day before
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 onions
  • ½ pot of oregano
  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 300 g tomatoes
  • 250 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Soak the bread rolls. Finely chop the garlic and onions. Combine the ground beef, eggs, squeezed bread roll, crème fraîche, oregano, and the remaining prepared ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the ground beef evenly on a greased baking sheet. Slice tomatoes and top with them. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (175°C) for about 45 minutes.
