Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 kg Chinese cabbage
  • 1 bell pepper(s), red
  • 3 oranges
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 8 tbsp oil (rapeseed oil)
  • 2 tsp soy sauce, dark
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar Bianco
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground black
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Broth (herb bouillon, instant)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the dressing; it should have a strong flavor! Cut the Chinese cabbage into fine strips, wash, and spin dry. Cut the bell pepper into small pieces. Peel the oranges and fillet them over the Chinese cabbage so the juice drips onto them. Cut the cooked ham into diamond-shaped pieces. Pour the dressing over the cabbage, mix everything together, season to taste, and serve immediately.
