Moist cheesecake with tangerines

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 250 g butter, soft
  • 200 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 125 g semolina
  • 2 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1,000 g quark, low-fat
  • 1 can/n tangerine(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

Drain the mandarins in a sieve. You won’t need the juice. Cream the butter until creamy. Gradually add the sugar, lemon juice, and eggs, followed by the baking powder, semolina, and pudding mix. Stir in the quark. Mix the mandarins into the batter. Pour into a springform pan and bake at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven) for about 1 hour.
