Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 2 mango(s), peeled and pureed
- 1 pineapple, cut into very small cubes
- 50 ml Grand Marnier
- 2 cups cream, whipped stiffly
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 cups of yogurt, 10% (150g)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp desiccated coconut, roasted until golden yellow
- 50 g chocolate, grated with a vegetable peeler
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Combine the first five ingredients. Then combine the yogurt, coconut milk, sugar, and honey. Layer the mixture in a whiskey glass and swirl a skewer through the mixture to create a marbled pattern. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and chocolate.
