Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 2 mango(s), peeled and pureed
  • 1 pineapple, cut into very small cubes
  • 50 ml Grand Marnier
  • 2 cups cream, whipped stiffly
  • 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 cups of yogurt, 10% (150g)
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 4 tbsp desiccated coconut, roasted until golden yellow
  • 50 g chocolate, grated with a vegetable peeler

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Combine the first five ingredients. Then combine the yogurt, coconut milk, sugar, and honey. Layer the mixture in a whiskey glass and swirl a skewer through the mixture to create a marbled pattern. Sprinkle with shredded coconut and chocolate.
