Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 tbsp instant chicken broth
- 300 g rice (long grain rice)
- 300 g ham, cooked, diced
- 250 g ham, mildly smoked, diced
- 4 slice(s) pineapple (can), pieces
- 1 can mango(s), in pieces
- 2 cans of tangerine(s)
- 5 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp quark (low fat)
- 125 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 3 pinches of cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Cook rice in 1/2 liter of chicken broth. Drain and let cool. Combine mayonnaise, quark, yogurt, vinegar, sugar, pepper, and salt, and season to taste. Gently mix all ingredients and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
