Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g wheat flour, type 405
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 4 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Recommended for Wan – Tan soup

Stir all the ingredients together and knead until the dough is no longer sticky. Then let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Then, use the dough as desired. This dough is ideal for making wonton soup.
