Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 150 g fruit and/or vegetables, fresh or frozen
- 350 ml water
- 2 tbsp flaxseed or similar
- 4 tbsp oat flakes or similar
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- some honey to sweeten
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
for a cocktail glass
Combine all ingredients in a blender/smoothie maker or similar, or blend until smooth. Add a little more water if necessary. Season the smoothie with honey and enjoy. This is enough for about one cocktail glass.
