- 2 tsp hemp seeds

Add all ingredients one at a time to a blender and blend. This smoothie is perfect for a hangover or a detox. I recommend drinking it in the morning, as the first thing your body consumes is the most intensively utilized. Smoothies should never sit for too long, as the vitamins are lost over time. It’s best to drink it immediately after blending.
