Porridge with carrot

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 60 g muesli (chocolate muesli)
  • 250 g milk
  • 50 g coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • Cinnamon
  • cocoa nibs
  • Applesauce (apple puree)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and coarsely grate the carrots. Heat the milk and coconut milk in a saucepan. Stir in the muesli, carrots, chia seeds, and raisins. Bring everything to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes over low heat. Be careful not to burn. Divide the porridge between 2 bowls, sprinkle with apple puree, cinnamon, and cacao nibs, and enjoy warm.
