- 4 m.-sized potatoes
- 1 medium-sized onion(s), chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 1 spring onion(s), finely sliced
- some olive oil
- 4 stalks of chives, cut into fine rings
- some butter
- Sea salt
- black pepper
- possibly grated Parmesan

Peel the potatoes, slice them, and place them in cold water. Heat a nonstick pan with oil. Drain the potato slices, pat dry lightly, and fry, turning frequently. Once the potatoes reach your desired browning, add the remaining ingredients and reduce the heat to medium. Quickly and frequently, turning. Season to taste. A quick tip: Serve sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
