Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 roll
- 1 fish meatball
- 1 leaf of iceberg lettuce
- 1 gherkin(s)
- some ketchup
- some remoulade
- some fried onions
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat oil in a pan. Fry the fish cake over medium heat for about 8 minutes on each side. Meanwhile, cut the bread roll lengthwise. Spread a portion of remoulade on the bottom of the bread roll and a portion of ketchup on the top of the bread roll. Then top the bread roll with iceberg lettuce, fried onions, and the chopped gherkin. Place the now-fried fish cake on top and replace the top of the bread roll.
