Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 tbsp horseradish, grated
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 100 g cheese (Blanc-Battue), low-fat, French
- pepper
- Salt
- some orange peel, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Sauce for fondue Chinoise, bourguignonne etc.
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix together. Finally, season the sauce with salt and pepper, if desired.
