quick side dish to baked Camembert
Peel the onion and slice it into rings, then fry it in a pan. Peel the mango and slice it into chunks as best you can. Add it to the pan with the onion rings. Season to taste (e.g., with hot paprika or curry powder). Breaded Camembert with cranberries goes very well with this dish.
