Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 500 ml milk or almond milk or similar
  • 3 tsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Honey or cinnamon or cardamom

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Place ingredients in a blender and puree to taste. Optionally, add honey, cinnamon, or cardamom.
