Cottage Cheese Bread with Black Olives

- 2 piece Eggs
- 100 g Lowfat quark
- 200 ml Water
- 50 g Olive black
- 150 g Cheese
- 200 g Ground almonds
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Coconut flour
- 60 g Psyllium husks
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- Dice the cheese and cut the olives into small pieces.
- Beat the eggs and quark until smooth and add the warm water.
- Stir the remaining ingredients including diced cheese into the eggs / water / quark mixture.
- Put the dough in a loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 55 minutes. Before the end of baking (about 15 minutes), pour the cheese over the bread and finish baking.
