Cottage Cheese Bread with Black Olives

The perfect cottage cheese bread with black olives recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 100 g Lowfat quark
  • 200 ml Water
  • 50 g Olive black
  • 150 g Cheese
  • 200 g Ground almonds
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut flour
  • 60 g Psyllium husks
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tbsp Grated cheese
  1. Dice the cheese and cut the olives into small pieces.
  2. Beat the eggs and quark until smooth and add the warm water.
  3. Stir the remaining ingredients including diced cheese into the eggs / water / quark mixture.
  4. Put the dough in a loaf pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 55 minutes. Before the end of baking (about 15 minutes), pour the cheese over the bread and finish baking.
