Pizza Farmer’s Bread (with Salami, Pepperoni and Black Olives)

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Baking mix farmer's bread
  • 1 Teaspoon. Baking powder
  • 350 ml Lukewarm water
  • 1 Eßl. Olive oil
  • 50 g Salami
  • 4 Pickled pepperoni
  • 10 Black olives
  • 2 Clay pots
  • Some oil or baking spray
  • 50 g Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 branch Rosemary fresh

Instructions
 

  • Mix the baking mixture with the baking powder, oil and water and knead well. Cover with a towel and let rise for at least 1/2 hour. In between, cut the salami, pepperoni and olives into small pieces and grease the clay pots.
  • Knead the ingredients into the risen Tewig (salami, pepperoni, olives and pumpkin seeds - save some of them to sprinkle on) and place in the clay pots. Let rise for another 1/2 hour, then brush with oil and sprinkle with the rosemary and pumpkin seeds.
  • Bake in a preheated oven (fan oven) at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
