Quail Bean Salad As Main Course Today
The perfect quail bean salad as main course today recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 150 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Cucumber fresh
- 150 g Tzaziki (from my KB)
- 150 g White cabbage salad (from my KB)
- 150 g Arugula
- 150 g Pasta (from my KB)
- 0,5 ring Meat sausage
- 250 g Pasta (from my KB)
- Freshly ground kampot pepper
- Freshly ground gray salt
Made and prepared the day before

The next day it continues
- by cooking the pre-soaked quail beans. To do this, first rinse the soaked beans under running water. Now put them in a saucepan with water and let them cook for 90 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, add a tablespoon of salt to the water. When the beans are cooked (they are firm to the bite) they are rinsed with cold water. Next, cook the pasta.
- Now take a sufficiently large bowl and put all the ingredients in it. Tomato, cucumber and meat sausage are cut into bite-sized pieces. Mix well and let steep for at least 2 hours.
