Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g cheese, grated
  • 8 slices of toast from the previous day
  • ½ liter of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Layer the toast and cheese in a greased baking dish. Whisk the milk with the eggs and seasonings and pour over the bread. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 30 minutes. Tip: Serve with a mixed salad.
