Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g toast bread
- 500 g mushrooms, fresh
- 2 egg yolks
- 100 g cream cheese
- 100 g cream
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- chives
- 1 garlic clove(s)

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Dice the bread and toast in oil. Fry the mushrooms, diced onion, and sliced garlic in oil. Mix the egg yolk, cream cheese, and cream with the mushroom, onion, and garlic mixture. Season with salt, pepper, and chives. Finally, add the crispy bread cubes and bake the mixture in a casserole dish at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
