Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g mixed mushrooms
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 rolls
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp semolina
  • 100 g butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean and wash the mushrooms, slice them, and sauté them in butter. Soak the bread rolls in milk and squeeze the excess water out. Melt 50g of butter, add the beaten eggs, mushrooms, bread rolls, crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together, including the semolina. Pour the mixture into a greased dish, top with butter flakes, and bake in the oven until golden brown. Garnish with parsley and serve with fresh lettuce on the side.
