Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 300 g minced meat
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious! Spaghetti Bolognese (seasoning base)
  • 350 g pasta
  • 200 ml tomato(s), strained
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • Paprika powder, sweet and hot

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

First, cook 350g of pasta in plenty of salted water until slightly al dente, then drain. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Brown 300g of minced meat with 3 crushed garlic cloves and a finely chopped onion. Then add 200ml of water, 200ml of passata, a finely chopped red bell pepper, and the seasoning. Bring the Bolognese to a boil and season with salt, pepper, and sweet and hot paprika. Stir in the drained pasta and pour everything into a baking dish. Sprinkle the sliced ​​mozzarella over the top. Bake the casserole in the oven at 190°C (convection oven) for about 30 minutes. Depending on the desired degree of browning of the cheese, you can add the grill for about 5 minutes at the end.
