Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 350 g kefir
- some water if needed
- 10 g salt
- 10 wild garlic leaves, chopped
- 50 g rapeseed oil or olive oil
- 10 g fresh yeast (if you want it to go faster: 15 g)
- Grease for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 2 hours 40 minutes
for 3 party bread tins – wholegrain
Knead the ingredients into a sticky dough. Let it rest for a while. Grease the party bread pans and let the dough rise for about 1.5-2 hours. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat) or 180°C (fan). Bake the breads for about 25-30 minutes. Let them cool slightly. Then remove from the pan and let them cool slightly.
