Add the mushrooms and fry. Then add the ham and fry briefly. Add the tomato paste and fry briefly to allow the tomato flavor to develop better. Sprinkle the flour over the tomatoes, stir briefly, and fry. Then deglaze with the cream. Mix in the herbs and let the whole thing simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Add the tomato halves and season with salt and pepper. Cook the tortellini according to the package instructions, drain well, and place in the large greased baking dish. Pour the tomato cream sauce over the tomato paste. Sprinkle the mozzarella cubes over the top, followed by the grated Gouda cheese. Now bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes until the cheese melts and gets some color.
