Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g Jerusalem artichoke
- Salt
- 50 g nut butter
- 1 tsp spice mix (Dukkah – North African sesame spice)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
tossed in nut butter – a fine side dish
Peel the Jerusalem artichokes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a steamer, season with salt, and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then toss the vegetables in the nut butter and serve sprinkled with dukkah.
